In classic in-house recruiting, you work on the positions assigned to you, with the budget negotiated by someone else. We make employers visible and deliver them predictably suitable applicants – through data-driven campaigns instead of lucky hits. The shortage of skilled workers and demographic development cause this market to grow every year.

Your Responsibility

Strategy and Consulting

• You analyze why a company's personnel acquisition isn't delivering – target group, positioning, channels, process speed.
• From this, you develop a robust recruiting strategy and present it to the decision-makers.
• You actively win new clients: via phone, direct outreach, and recommendations.

Campaigns and Hiring

• You plan recruiting campaigns, manage them over their duration, and adjust them based on the numbers.
• You review incoming applications, conduct initial interviews for pre-selection, and create a candidate experience that is memorable.
• The project remains in your hands until successful hiring.

Data and Development

• You work cleanly in the CRM, know your key figures, and derive concrete measures from them.
• Together with Marketing and Management, you further sharpen our methodology.

Your Profile

• Recruiting Understanding: You know how target group approach, channel selection, and process design work together – whether from an agency, personnel service, or in-house background.
• Consulting Strength: You get to the heart of the matter with your questions, think in terms of solutions, and explain them in a way that decision-makers can get on board with.
• Sales Readiness: Winning new clients is part of your job and doesn't intimidate you.
• Affinity for Numbers: You read campaign data, recognize patterns, and act accordingly.
• Self-Responsibility: You manage yourself, stay the course after setbacks, and measure yourself by results.
• Background: Whether you have a degree, completed vocational training, or are a career changer – we look at skills and drive, not just titles. Experience in recruiting is welcome, but nothing we couldn't teach you.
