Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Our goal is clear: We want to significantly increase our hiring numbers while breaking new ground. For this, we are looking for you as a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Performance Recruiting.
With us, it's not just about processing incoming applications. You will actively ensure that the right people become aware of us, apply to us, and successfully navigate the path from the first contact to hiring.

Performance Recruiting & Candidate Experience

• You will develop and manage target group-specific recruiting campaigns via job boards, social media, and other digital channels
• You will test different target groups, messages, ads, and channels and continuously optimize them
• You will analyze application numbers, conversion rates, cost-per-application, and cost-per-hire, and derive concrete measures from them
• You will continuously develop our recruiting channels and identify new opportunities to reach candidates

• You will accompany applicants through the entire recruiting process
• You will work closely with our managers and specialist departments
• You will build our talent pool and reactivate suitable former applicants
• You will specifically use active sourcing for positions where this approach makes sense

• You will develop authentic recruiting content together with us
• You will make our working world, our corporate culture, and our career opportunities visible
• You will develop ideas for social media and employer branding activities and implement them independently

• Professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, performance recruiting, or a comparable function
• You have a good understanding of how and where to reach different target groups
• Experience with digital recruiting channels, social recruiting, or performance marketing is a big plus
• You think analytically and enjoy steering recruiting based on numbers and KPIs
• You enjoy working independently, trying out new approaches, and optimizing existing processes
• You have a good feel for people and can inspire candidates for our company
• You communicate confidently with applicants and managers
• You are structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
