Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

In this key position, you will be the first point of contact for applicants and will actively shape how we attract new talent for feld.energy. You will identify suitable profiles, target candidates, and guide them through the entire selection process. In doing so, you will communicate our values externally, build relationships, and ensure that feld.energy is perceived as a first-class employer brand.

feld.energy is more than just a company – we are a movement! We help farmers and landowners cleverly combine agriculture and energy generation. With our innovative agri-photovoltaic solutions, we manage to use land for both food production and energy generation. In this way, we contribute to making agriculture more sustainable and profitable.

• You will develop hiring processes that are fast, scalable, and data-driven, and develop relevant KPIs for our hiring funnel.
• You have a high affinity for AI and new technologies.
• You will be responsible for the entire selection process for key positions – from requirements analysis to successful onboarding.
• You will think outside the box and tackle things that currently don't have an owner.
• You will advise our founders and hiring managers as equals and jointly develop targeted sourcing strategies with them.
• Active applicant scouting via platforms like LinkedIn for targeted identification and approach of suitable candidates.
• You will build feld.energy as an attractive employer brand.

• You have already worked in a startup, scale-up, or highly dynamic environment.

• You are accustomed to working with founders and executives as equals.

• You drive things forward independently instead of waiting for perfect briefings.

• You do not simply accept processes but are constantly looking for improvements.

• You have professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition and are familiar with Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• You make decisions based on data and know how to use recruiting metrics for process control.

• You are an empathetic networker and can convincingly communicate our vision.

• You have a hands-on mentality combined with a high standard of professionalism and understanding of roles in the areas of technology, energy, or agriculture.

We offer an annual salary of €50,000 – €60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications). Our work model is hybrid with an office location in Munich.
