About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to further expand our competitive advantage in M&A. When we acquire property management companies across Germany, it is crucial to quickly replace existing management with technology-oriented leadership. Your task is to identify, mentor, and recruit future managing directors for us.

Working at Buena means full ownership from day one. As the second member of our Talent Acquisition Management team, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of over 500 employees and executives from the start. This ensures that the right leader is immediately available for every acquisition. You will work directly with our management board and M&A teams at our Berlin headquarters, making recruiting a central part of our strategy.

Responsibilities

• 80% of your time will be spent on direct approach and sourcing managing directors via LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, and cold calling.

• You will build, optimize, and be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process as well as our CRM systems for maximum efficiency.

• You will seamlessly link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline, ensuring instant closing after deal completion.

• You will systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.

You are a fit if you

• Have 1–3 years of measurable success in executive search, headhunting, or tech recruiting, or recruiting, and have demonstrably closed senior roles successfully.

• Possess high resilience in direct approach, act with confidence, and work with an absolute focus on results.

• Speak German at a native level.

• Work extremely structured, analytically, and data-driven.

• Utilize modern sourcing tools, CRM, and AI applications as levers for your daily performance.

• Want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
