Your Responsibility

Strategy and Consulting

• You analyze why a company's personnel recruitment is not delivering – target group, positioning, channels, process speed.

• Based on this, you develop a robust recruitment strategy and present it to the decision-makers.

• You actively acquire new clients: via phone, direct approach, and recommendations.

Campaigns and Filling Positions

• You plan recruitment campaigns, manage them over their duration, and adjust them based on the numbers.

• You review incoming applications, conduct initial interviews for pre-selection, and create a candidate experience that is memorable.

• The project remains in your hands until successful placement.

Data and Further Development

• You work cleanly in the CRM, know your key figures, and derive concrete measures from them.

• Together with Marketing and Management, you further refine our methodology.

Your Profile

• Recruitment Understanding: You know how target group approach, channel selection, and process design interact – whether from an agency, personnel services, or in-house background.

• Consulting Strength: You get to the heart of the matter with your questions, think in terms of solutions, and explain them in a way that decision-makers can embrace.

• Sales Readiness: Acquiring new clients is part of the job for you and does not deter you.

• Data Affinity: You read campaign data, recognize patterns, and act accordingly.

• Self-Responsibility: You manage yourself, stay on course after setbacks, and measure yourself by results.

• Background: Whether through university studies, vocational training, or a career change – we look at skills and drive, not titles. Experience in recruiting is welcome, but it's not something we couldn't teach you.
