About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to further expand our competitive advantage in the M&A sector. When we acquire real estate management companies across Germany, it is crucial to deploy employees in our companies who are tech-savvy & willing to learn and want to redefine the classic job of a property manager in a short period. Your task is to win these talents for us.

Working at Buena means "Full Responsibility" from day one. You will take responsibility for a portfolio of over 500 employees from the start and proactively build "talent pools" nationwide. This ensures that every new acquisition in the portfolio is equipped with the best employees at all times.

You will work directly with our management team at HQ, the local managing directors on-site, and our HQ Talent Team.

Responsibilities

Recruiting is a central part of our company strategy, so we expect a strongly technology-supported way of working, output orientation, and professionalism in dealing with talent.

• You will spend 80% of your first months sourcing talent through our various channels. You will also conduct initial screening interviews.
• You will build, optimize, and be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process, implementing a CRM that ensures efficiency.
• You will seamlessly link the M&A pipeline with the talent pipeline.
• You will systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets.

Qualifications

• You speak German at a native level.
• You want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
• You bring 1-3 years of measurable success in recruiting or headhunting and have demonstrably filled roles successfully.
• You possess high resilience in direct approach, act confidently, and work result-oriented.
• You want a very steep learning curve in the areas of methodology and technology-assisted work. You should be able to use AI meaningfully and be familiar with other sourcing tools.
