The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sales functions such as GTM, Inside Sales, and Enterprise Sales , along with hands-on exposure to North America compensation structures. Key Responsibilities:- * Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for Sales Leadership roles across North America. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions. * Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, employee referrals, and job boards. * Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify the most suitable candidates. * Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Requirements:- * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 8-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Sales Leadership hiring. * Proven track record of successfully filling critical sales leadership roles. * Strong understanding of North America compensation structures and benefits. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience with HR systems, such as Workday or BambooHR.
