Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions, including Technology, Finance, and Commercial teams. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, market insights, and recruitment expertise to attract, assess, and secure top talent. You will also support the broader HR function by ensuring processes, metrics, and employer branding initiatives align with business objectives. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment plans, managing multiple job postings, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive hiring success. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction, as well as identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes accordingly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
