Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent as getolo continues to evolve from a start-up to a scale-up. Your focus will be on the entire recruiting process for our Sales and Operations teams.

The position is full-time (40 hours per week) and hybrid. You will work 1-2 days a week in our Berlin office. Fluency in German and English is required.

Your Mission

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process – from candidate sourcing, pre-selection, and interviews to hiring.
• You will develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance and support throughout the entire recruiting process.
• You will manage the recruiting process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and creating job offers.
• You will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruiting.
• You will maintain collaboration with external recruitment agencies and other recruiting channels.
• You will support employer branding initiatives to position getolo as an attractive employer.
• You will stay informed about current trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition and bring in new ideas.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
• Demonstrable success in sourcing and hiring top talent
• In-depth knowledge of common recruiting methods and tools
• Excellent communication skills and a good feel for working with people
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency with recruiting software and other HR tools
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
