Role Overview Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for executing and scaling hiring strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and leading a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our company's values and mission. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive hiring plans to meet business needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective recruitment processes. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create interview panels. • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pools, leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels. • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive performance and growth. • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance candidate quality. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
