Report: Regularly provide insights on talent acquisition metrics, trends, and best practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and track key metrics such as time-to-hire, source-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction. Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
