The job duties and contents: We are seeking a senior/HR professional who can perform the overall HRM-level of human resource management, employment compliance ,HR processional to partner with the business, including but not limited in organization,talent acquisition,talent development,compensation&benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, labor laws and regulations. The job requirements: Strong understanding of HR principles and practices; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; Strong leadership and management skills; Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
