Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the company's recruitment strategy and delivery across Singapore. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering closely with hiring managers, overseeing recruitment vendors, and continuously improving recruitment processes to attract high-quality talent.

The successful candidate will also provide guidance to the recruitment team and support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Reporting to: Head of Human Resources

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support business growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability and hiring trends.
• Develop recruitment plans for critical and high-volume positions.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, specialist and management positions.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Vendor Management

• Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
• Evaluate vendor performance, service quality and recruitment effectiveness.
• Negotiate recruitment terms and optimise recruitment costs.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key recruitment vendors.

Talent Acquisition Operations

• Review recruitment workflows and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and compliance.

Employer Branding

• Support employee referral programmes.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives.
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.

Team Support

• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to the recruitment team.
• Support capability development within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Promote recruitment best practices and process consistency.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in Singapore.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across different business functions.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and external recruitment vendors.
• Experience handling both professional and frontline hiring.

Highly Preferred

• Experience leading recruitment projects or recruitment process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operational environments.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment.

Language Requirements

• Excellent command of English.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for this role, as the incumbent will regularly communicate with regional headquarters and review recruitment documentation and systems maintained in Chinese.
