Talent Acquisition Lead | Multicount Operation


An important specialized services company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to lead a multicount operation, developing Talent Attraction strategies for different clients nationwide.


Location: Polanco, Mexico City. / Edo Mex (depending on operation)

Modality: On-site.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Salary: $35,000 net per month + Legal benefits.


Requirements


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in mass recruitment (coverage of up to 100 vacancies per month).
  • A minimum of 3 years leading Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Experience leading teams of 18 or more recruiters.
  • Experience managing multicount operations and serving different clients simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment processes for different regions and work centers.
  • Proficiency in KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Management of indicators such as productivity, coverage vs. target, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, and SLA compliance.
  • Experience developing attraction strategies through LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, field recruitment, job fairs, referrals, university agreements, social networks, and government job boards.
  • Experience implementing technological tools, automation, bots, or AI solutions to optimize Talent Attraction processes.
  • Focus on leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities


  • Lead a team of 18 recruiters, ensuring the achievement of coverage and productivity objectives.
  • Design and implement Talent Attraction strategies for a multicount operation.
  • Provide service to clients located in Mexico City, State of Mexico, Puebla, Toluca, and Villahermosa, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
  • Monitor KPIs and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities and generate action plans.
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with the needs of each operation and client.
  • Drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement projects within the Talent Attraction area.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure a high-level service experience.
