Job description

As a Talent Intern, you will work on end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a range of roles and global markets. You will take ownership of selected hiring pipelines, with a strong focus on market research, talent mapping, and identifying high-quality candidates. You will analyse talent landscapes, uncover where top talent sits, and develop strategies to engage them effectively. This opportunity will allow you to generate and share insights, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative recruitment solutions. Your responsibilities will include: • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) and evaluating their qualifications and fit for specific roles. • Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key contacts in the industry, including potential candidates, hiring managers, and other recruitment professionals. • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., HR, marketing) to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. • Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, build your professional network, and contribute to the success of our organization. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow with us. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (current students or recent graduates welcome). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Benefits: • Opportunity to gain valuable experience in talent acquisition and develop your skills in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals. • Professional development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs. • Flexible working hours and remote work options to support your work-life balance.
