Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Objective

Provide support to Talent Attraction processes through the execution and monitoring of recruitment activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the identification of the best talent for the different areas of the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes for intern, professional, and administrative positions.
• Post vacancies in different talent attraction sources and monitor their performance.
• Conduct active candidate searches through LinkedIn and other specialized platforms.
• Perform resume screenings and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep reports, databases, and area indicators updated.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the entire selection process.
• Participate in Employer Branding, candidate experience, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide support in activities related to onboarding and talent management.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Active student of Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Development, or related careers.
• English - intermediate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Interest in professional development in Talent Attraction.
• Organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork.
• Proactivity, learning orientation, and attention to detail.
