Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in hiring for Solar, EPC, Infrastructure, or Transmission industries. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and ensure timely onboarding of skilled technical and engineering talent for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for technical, engineering, and project-related roles.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for Solar, EPC, Infrastructure, and Transmission project requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job specifications, and project timelines.
- Utilize job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms for effective talent sourcing.
- Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate fit, experience, and alignment with project needs.
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and coordinate smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure timely reporting.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization professionally in the talent market.
