Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Executive who can drive fast, efficient hiring while maintaining quality. The ability to quickly source, close, and onboard candidates is critical. This role requires someone resourceful, proactive, and comfortable using creative sourcing strategies when conventional methods are not delivering results. This is a high-activity role. The candidate must be comfortable spending a significant portion of the day making outbound calls, following up with candidates, and engaging in other activities that drive hiring success. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and HR teams.
