Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are set for another big year of recruitment in 2026 as our growth and innovation continues across Beca. To support us we have an exciting opportunity in our Group Talent Acquisition team for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Auckland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a coordination-focused environment and is committed to delivering efficient, accurate, and candidate-centric recruitment processes.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
As part of our Group Talent Acquisition team, you’ll provide high-quality coordination and systems support that enables effective end-to-end recruitment delivery across the business.
You’ll play a key role in a busy delivery phase, working closely with Advisors, Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to keep recruitment moving efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality recruitment administration, systems, and process support
Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across recruitment systems
Supporting candidate searches, pre-screening, and background checks
Coordinating interview scheduling and confirmations
Supporting graduate and intern recruitment campaigns
This is a varied, hands-on role where your organisation skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of the wider TA team.

You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and processes. You enjoy managing multiple tasks, following things through, and supporting others to do their best work.
You’re collaborative, proactive, and digitally savvy, with a genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to leverage their coordination experience as they transition into an Advisor role.
