Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• You conduct IT recruitments from A to Z: you search for candidates (including Business Analysts, Java/.NET/Python/PHP Developers, QA), conduct interviews, negotiate, and close contracts.
• You write and publish job ads, and then check what works and what doesn't.
• You search for people through direct search. Do you have an idea how to reach passive candidates? We are eager to test it.
• You take care of relationships with candidates and our IT consultants – so that they want to return to us.
• You determine with clients who they are truly looking for.
• You engage in employer branding activities and represent us at industry events.
• You build your own contact base and maintain relationships with key candidates.

Our requirements

• Readiness for hybrid work in Warsaw (4 days from the office, 1 remotely).
• Min. 2 years of experience in independent IT recruitment.
• You are comfortable with direct search, and LinkedIn is your natural working environment.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ATS systems.
• Experience in an IT recruitment agency or outsourcing company.
• Hunger for new challenges and a positive attitude.
