Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function

Responsible for attracting, selecting, engaging, and developing talents aligned with company culture and strategic objectives. Acts in the management of the complete recruitment and selection cycle, from defining the profile with the areas requiring it to conducting interviews, evaluating competencies, and following up on the integration of new colleagues.

In addition to capture, actively participates in employer branding initiatives, development programs, and actions focused on employee experience, ensuring agile, inclusive, and high-quality processes. Contributes with analyses and indicators to support decision-making, strengthening the construction of high-performance teams.

Required Qualifications

1 - Completed degree in Psychology.
2 - Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, including conducting interviews by competencies.
3 - Experience with profiling mapping and aligning job openings with leaderships.
4 - Knowledge of vacancy disclosure tools, hunting, and resume triage.
5 - Experience with indicators and metrics for R&S.
6 - Clear and assertive communication skills.
7 - Organization and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
8 - Experience in conducting high-volume and complex selective processes, including experience with outsourcing models.
