Talencia Consulting - Project Manager

Context We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a new strategic customer loyalty initiative within the retail sector, including the development of a web platform and a mobile application. The role is strongly business- and marketing-oriented, with a focus on customer engagement, Omnichannel experience, and value creation. Mission Manage digital projects related to customer loyalty and retail marketing Drive projects end-to-end: ideation, planning, execution, go-live, and follow-up Ensure delivery of high-quality results within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and Sales Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle Analyze project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery of the project Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and progress Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of customer loyalty and retail marketing concepts Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Benefits: Opportunity to lead a high-impact project that drives business results Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative and dynamic work environment Professional development opportunities
