Tailor

As a member of the Governance team, the Tailor will be responsible for providing a sophisticated service, ensuring the satisfaction of employees and guests according to the established standards by the property, brand, and certifiers.

Brief descriptive activities:

• Control and organize uniforms and linens at the property, ensuring their good state of conservation, quality, presentation, and availability as needed for departments.
• Execute repairs, adjustments, sewing, and garment construction with precision and care, observing details such as finish, fit, and functionality, always respecting quality and visual identity standards of the company.
• Perform inventory control of uniforms and linens, recording entries, exits, losses, and damage. Periodically signal the need for replacement, substitution, or disposal, ensuring continuous and adequate supply of pieces.
• Care for the organization, cleanliness, and hygiene of the work environment and materials, ensuring ideal conditions for safety, hygiene, and ergonomics in performing activities.
• Attend proactively and cordially to employee and manager requests, understanding specific demands, prioritizing urgent matters, and maintaining good communication and delivery flow.
• Acknowledge correct use of uniforms by employees, promoting orientations when necessary on conservation, disposal, and substitution, contributing to standardization and good team image.
• Assist in physical inventory processes, quality control, and lot reception or dispatch verification, maintaining updated and reliable records.
• Perform tests for new models, fabrics, or supplies, contributing technical suggestions for optimization of comfort, durability, and practicality of pieces.
• Work integrally with procurement, warehouse, and human resources departments, aligning processes and collaborating for smooth administrative and operational operations.
• Participate in training when necessary and seek constant updating on sewing techniques, machine handling, and best practices for organization and inventory management.
