Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Tagalog) for our Tagalog Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Tagalog and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a team of educators. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing educational content for our Tagalog language course; • Leading a small team of educators to ensure high-quality content is delivered; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic direction for our language learning app; • Providing mentorship and guidance to team members; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in language learning and education. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or a related field; • Strong command of both Tagalog and English languages; • Experience in content creation within the language learning sector; • Leadership skills necessary to mentor a team of educators; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
