Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field. • Strong understanding of Check Point’s security solutions and products. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications: • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
