TA Manager
Job description
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple communities within their assigned region. This role manages a team of recruiters and supports the alignment of hiring efforts with community needs, business goals, and talent strategies. The TA Manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality hires, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for all open roles within the assigned region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain high performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations, HR, and Community Leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Ensure job postings, interview scheduling, and offer processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire.
• Oversee the use of the ATS and ensure data integrity and proper documentation.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies in local markets.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and local employment regulations.
• Escalate hiring challenges and collaborate with the Divisional TA Manager to resolve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus (if based in Mexico or bilingual region).
