Aufgaben

Your tasks on deck:

• You will be responsible for the strategic alignment and technical operation of the entire MS Dynamics 365 world (Business Central, Customer Engagement, Power Platform) and actively shape the product lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation with
• You bring your expertise directly into the current conversion project and take simple realizable adjustments in the system with genuine maker quality yourself
• You act as a central interface between departments and technical resources, analyzing internal requirements and ensuring their quality
• You manage external service providers and stakeholders and consistently pay attention to the observance of quality standards and legal and regulatory requirements
• You accompany User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and ensure the transfer of practice through the preparation and conduct of user training for your colleagues
• You set the budget for Microsoft Dynamics responsibly, keep an eye on costs, and support the team additionally with general IT helpdesk tasks

Qualifikation

We expect from you:

• You have fundamental experience in managing and configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 world (Business Central, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform)
• You are characterized by an outstanding hands-on mentality and enjoy implementing technical adjustments independently and solution-oriented
• You bring experience in managing external partners and project management, and maintain a clear overview even with complex requirements
• You possess the ability to explain technical processes clearly, whether it's during User Acceptance Tests or user training
• You are an excellent team player who is willing to support general IT questions in the helpdesk actively
