We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative or Career Changer for our office in part-time (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. With us, you can expect tasks that encompass both preventive and acute measures for damage prevention, always in accordance with current technical standards and legal requirements.

Tasks

• Process customer inquiries by phone and email and provide solution-oriented answers.
• Coordinate appointments and manage the technicians' schedules to ensure smooth operation.
• Support in creating offers and invoices, as well as their follow-up.
• Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system to ensure high data quality.
• Close cooperation with the technical teams to gather customer feedback and continuously improve our services.
• No acquisition.
• NO HOMEOFFICE / NO MOBILE WORKING!

Qualifications

• good and quick comprehension
• friendly and pleasant demeanor on the phone
• reliable and independent way of working
• very good German language skills in speaking and writing are a prerequisite, as we only serve German-speaking customers
