Your responsibilities

• Organization of the operation of the mine,
• Coordination of the subordinate team,
• Initiating new solutions in the scope of machinery, modernization, reconstruction, repair of machines and equipment,
• Cooperation with the District Mining Authority and other units authorized to control and inspect the mine,
• Implementation of the current operating plan, mining technology principles, work safety and environmental protection.

Our requirements

• Certified qualifications in Mine Operation Supervision in open-pit mines (qualifications for middle or higher supervision in mining, electrical or mechanical specialization),
• Secondary or higher education,
• Communication skills and teamwork ability,
• Knowledge of production processes in mining and in the production of natural aggregates,
• Knowledge of machines and equipment used in the aggregate production industry,
• Experience in a similar position.
