This role focuses on monitoring and enhancing employees' digital experiences by configuring, maintaining, and utilizing this tool to collect detailed data on digital work environment performance. The SME identifies issues affecting employee productivity and recommends solutions to improve overall user experience. Key responsibilities include: • Configuring and maintaining SysTrack suite for optimal performance. • Collecting and analyzing data on digital work environment performance to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize employee digital experiences. • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption of recommended solutions. • Staying up-to-date with the latest SysTrack features and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
