Systems Specialist for Fire Alarm Systems (m/w/d)

To strengthen our teams, the newbetech sicherheitssysteme GmbH is looking for a Systems Specialist (m/w/d) for Fire Alarm Systems at its headquarters in Kaarst as soon as possible.

Tasks

• You will occasionally perform quarterly inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems for our customers.
• You will take over expert appraisals and fire department appointments independently and hand over systems fully operational.
• As part of a project team, you will install and program new fire alarm systems.
• You will process the tickets assigned to you carefully and promptly in our ticket management system.
• In your role, you will work closely with our helpdesk, project managers, and sales team.

Qualification

• You have completed a training program in the field of electrical engineering, for example as an electrician for energy and building technology.
• You bring several years of professional experience and have experience with various manufacturers of fire alarm systems.
• You can independently commission systems, perform acceptance tests and inspections.
• You possess a valid driving license of class B and are travel-friendly in the NRW region.
• You enjoy interacting with customers - on-site, by phone or via video call.
• You have the drive to achieve something and don't stand still.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
