Job Summary As a System Support Engineer, you will be the main technical contact for our customers. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with ITIL framework is an asset.
