Own and manage the definition and evolution of the product lifecycle at system and platform levelPredict, analyse, and evaluate product attributes to ensure optimal overall system performanceGather, manage, and communicate requirements from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholdersProvide technical inputs and data to support subsystem design, development, and integration activitiesDefine, coordinate, and manage product and system interfaces across multiple engineering disciplinesDeliver technical insight into product-to-aircraft/system interactions and their impact on overall performanceAnalyse operational data and customer usage patterns to support product improvement and future developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification and experienceStrong technical expertise in mechanical design methodologies and product development processesSound understanding of multidisciplinary engineering principles, including manufacturing engineering, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, thermal and mechanical analysis, cost engineering, and product definitionProven ability to apply logical, analytical, and innovative thinking to complex technical challenges while balancing technical and business considerationsKnowledge of product integrity, product liability, certification requirements, and regulatory frameworksMembership of a relevant professional engineering institution is advantageous.
