Systems Engineer (m/w/x) for Communication Systems in FCAS

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the radio and communication industry, we're looking for a Systems Engineer (m/w/x) for Communication Systems in FCAS on a permanent basis at K-tronik. Tasks:

• Responsibility for planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects for the development and specification of system and subsystem architectures - Collaboration with systems engineers and specialists to create use cases and support system requirements. - Conducting requirements management, including capturing, analyzing, validating, and tracking of requirements. - Coordination of interdisciplinary teams for the development and implementation of technical solutions. - Steering of system analyses to evaluate architectural alternatives and validate features. - Conducting risk analyses and evaluation of system properties. - Support in integrating and validating systems and components. - Documentation of system requirements and specifications as well as creation of project status reports.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical degree (e.g. telecommunications, electrical engineering, physics or aerospace technology) or comparable training - Proven experience in project leadership, ideally in the field of systems engineering for complex technical systems. - In-depth knowledge of methods and tools of systems engineering (e.g. MBSE, DOORS, Jira) as well as project management methods. - Familiarity with modern communication protocols is an advantage. - Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor. - High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking. - Verbal fluency in German and English. - Ability to communicate complex technical relationships clearly and convince stakeholders at all levels.
