Tasks:

• Configuration and system design of ComInt and C-ESM systems according to customer requirements (Requirements) - Identification of capability gaps in our hardware and software solutions, followed by specification of work packages for our product roadmap - Change management during project execution or for existing customer systems - Consideration of existing processes for system configuration and documentation, as well as continuous improvement - Responsibility for the customer's system from concept to delivery to the customer - Exciting and varied tasks in an innovative and meaningful environment with the possibility of working abroad

Qualifications:

• Completed technical degree or comparable training with relevant professional experience - Domain knowledge in the field of official or military signal intelligence is advantageous - Experience as a systems engineer in configuration and change management - Methodological knowledge for structuring and generalizing system configurations - Practical experience with processes of systems engineering and conceiving complex IT systems - Familiarity with tools for configuration management (e.g. Siemens Team Center) - Basic knowledge of radio and high-frequency technology, as well as handling the corresponding measurement technology - Excellent autodidactic skills and a high sense of quality - Secure communication and documentation in English - Travel readiness within Europe (20%) and internationally (5-10%)
