The Role: As a System Engineer you will be responsible for the following: Provide expertise and guidance on the potential use of all M365 applications. Support customers for M365 applications, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, Teams Telephony, OneDrive, Defender, Intune/Autopilot, Office Suite, SharePoint Online, and other M365 core services Provide technical guidance and support to customers for M365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of M365 applications. Develop and maintain technical documentation for M365 applications.
