Systems Engineer as Requirements Engineer - Software Development & Optimization (w/m/d)

With around 90 employees, we manage over 90,000 applicants, beneficiaries, and retirees – transparently, appreciatively, solution-oriented, and responsibly. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your tasks will include: • Requirements engineering: You will analyze customer requirements and develop functional specifications for software solutions. • Software development: You will design, implement, test, and document software solutions using various programming languages and tools. • Optimization: You will continuously improve the quality and performance of existing software solutions. • Collaboration: You will work closely with our customers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software solutions meet their needs. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in software development and requirements engineering. • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#). • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
