Systems Director

Important multinational company, present in Latin America and Europe, is looking for a Systems Director, ideally from the Banking, Payment Gateway, Logistics sector.

Generate and execute the Information Technology (IT) strategy that allows achieving the business objectives marked in the Business Plan, being responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of technological operations - political and IT systems -, providing digital solutions to implement the Business Unit's strategy

Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement the IT strategy and plan according to the Business Plan
2. Establish, control, and optimize the budget that allows achieving the IT objectives, reaching the expected ROI, offering technological solutions that help in cost savings
3. Manage the IT infrastructure of the company, supervising technological operations and ensuring established service levels.
4. Establish a strategy for defense against external or internal cyber threats and, in general, manage the company's cybersecurity.
5. Supervise the implementation process of technological infrastructure, communications, software development, and certifications, according to strategic objectives.
6. Analyze commercial and business requirements to propose reliable and profitable technological solutions aligned with the digital transformation strategic plan.
7. Evaluate emerging technologies and updates, anticipating market needs, avoiding negative impact on the business.
8. Manage outsourcing processes for IT infrastructure, communications, software development, and certifications from external providers, optimizing service and budgets.
9. Human Resources: Design the organizational chart, roles, and responsibilities of the area, ensuring a high level of training for your team and constant updating on best practices in the field; as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment to their tasks and the company.
10. Strategy: know the business and strategic objectives, both short-term and long-term, to offer effective and profitable technological solutions.
