Job description
Mission
- To design, develop, and integrate complex systems that meet specified requirements and standards, while driving innovation and improvement.
Key tasks
- Design and develop complex systems
- Integrate systems components and ensure compatibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system development
- Conduct system testing and validation
- Analyse system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Ensure compliance with system requirements and standards
- Participate in system reviews and meetings
Technical
- Knowledge of system design and development principles
- Experience with system integration and testing
- Familiarity with system engineering methodologies (e.g., MBSE)
- Understanding of system requirements and standards
- Proficiency in system design and development tools (e.g., UML, SysML)
Behavioural
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex systems
