Systems and Infrastructure Manager

A recognized Mexican company in the health and beauty sector, with a successful track record in the market, is seeking a highly qualified Systems and Infrastructure Manager to lead the development and maintenance of technological infrastructure. This role is key to planning, executing, and supervising IT projects, ensuring operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with postgraduate studies or certifications.
- Experience: minimum 8 years
- Intermediate-advanced English.
- Experience in corporate environments with over 500 users.
KNOWLEDGE IN:
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and .Net for software development.
- Datacenter, Servers, Storage, Operating Systems, Databases, Security.
- Server operating systems (Linux and Windows)
- Project administration.
- Experience in managing IT projects from planning to implementation.
- Skills in server administration, networks, and cloud services.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Able to resolve problems and make strategic decisions under pressure.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Design, implement, and supervise IT projects, ensuring timely completion and objectives.
- Manage and optimize technological infrastructure, guaranteeing stability, security, and scalability.
- Develop software, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivering technological solutions.
- Establish strategies for continuous improvement for systems and technological processes.
- Coordinate server administration, network maintenance, and cloud services.
- Implement information security measures and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Manage IT providers and budgets to optimize costs and resources.
- Cultivate and lead the IT team, promoting professional development among its members.
- Ensure project documentation and tracking through agile methodologies.
