Systems Analyst (Workday HCM)

Project description This role focuses on managing and supporting Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Leave & Absence. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Compensation, handle O&M activities (access requests, incidents, enhancements), and contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting Workday integrations and EIBs. Responsibilities Manage and support Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Leave & Absence). Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compensation stakeholders. Handle O&M activities: Access requests, Incidents, Enhancements. Contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades. Troubleshoot Workday integrations and EIBs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources). 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM. Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Leave & Absence. Experience with Workday integrations and EIBs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Workday certification(s) in relevant modules. Experience with Workday Studio. Experience with report writing and data analysis. Experience with other HR systems.
