Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will analyse business and system requirements, evaluate existing ICT systems, and work closely with stakeholders and software development teams to design and implement effective technology solutions that support our clients' business objectives.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.
• Evaluate existing ICT systems, workflows and business processes, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, developers and project teams to ensure ICT solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, use cases and system models to support software development and implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and implementation activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor implemented systems, identify enhancement opportunities, and provide ongoing recommendations for system optimisation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related ICT discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst, ICT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis and systems documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies and software testing practices
