Join a collaborative team in Melbourne CBD on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate. This role offers hands-on experience across on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.

Day to day duties include:
- Managing, monitoring and maintaining enterprise systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Supporting BAU IT operations, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability of services.
- Working with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, and virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Maintaining and optimising storage and backup systems (SAN/NAS, backup/DR solutions).
- Configuring and managing network devices (Cisco, Meraki) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- Assist with Azure administration, including hybrid integration, cloud deployments and migrations.
- Collaborate on projects to improve network performance, security and system resilience.
- Strong experience in systems and network administration (Windows Server, AD, networking).
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Familiarity with Office 365/Exchange Online, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS storage, backup/DR solutions, and Cisco/Meraki networking.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
