System Integrator (m/w/x) Communication Systems

Project Description:

To support one of our customers from the Aerospace & Defense sector, we are looking for a System Integrator (m/w/x) Communication Systems for a permanent position at K-tronik. Interested? We look forward to your application!

Tasks:

• Determination of the performance of high-frequency (HF)-communication connections and development of link budgets using analysis methods or simulation tools
• Counseling of stakeholders and recommendation of solutions for complex problems through the use of expertise in communication technologies
• Suggesting innovative, scalable, and adaptable communication design solutions
• Providing expertise during the integration of communication systems in a multidisciplinary environment
• Planning and conducting the integration of communication systems into new and existing systems
  -Development and management of interface control documents (ICDs)
• Suggesting measures for measuring communication performance
• Recommendation and implementation of studies on communication systems

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in integrating communication systems or in a comparable field
• A relevant university degree, e.g. Bachelor or Master in the fields of engineering, natural sciences, technology, mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, communication, or a similar discipline
• Experience in designing and developing communication systems, particularly in the area of military communication, or equivalent operational experience using commercially available hardware components
• Experience in areas such as requirement development, system design, problem analysis and solution, and/or integration and testing
• Practical experience with mobile network components, wireless technologies, or cellular networks
• Effective work in a team environment and active contribution to teamwork
• Able to translate business customer requirements into technical requirements necessary for defining mobile convergent IP network solutions
