For a technology company specializing in optical precision engineering, you will be responsible for the system integration of core products. You will connect optics, design, electronics, and software into a complete system. If you do not yet live in the region, we will guide you step-by-step through the relocation process.

Your tasks

• Technical project responsibility across all development phases up to series production
• Coordinate interfaces between optics, design, electronics, and software
• Translate requirements from the market and customer feedback into specifications
• Systematically validate interfaces between disciplines
• Coordinate suppliers and ensure readiness for series production
• Lead own R&D projects up to Technology Readiness Level 6

Your profile

• Master's degree (ETH/FH) or equivalent degree in natural sciences or engineering
• At least 3 years of product development experience with overall system responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of optical systems
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams
• Analytical, structured, clear in communication
• Fluent German and English

Work location: Rheintal Region, Switzerland (on-site).
