Job description
Tasks
- You develop embedded software (C/C++) for prototypes in the area of control and regulation of solenoid valves
- You control solenoid valves and sensor technology and develop suitable algorithms
- Together with Sales and R&D, you develop innovative product ideas into concrete concepts
- You perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical tests and optimize the systems in close coordination with hardware development
- You create specifications as well as requirements specifications and detailed designs for series development
- You coordinate external partners and manage requirements
- You support validations and EMC tests and document your development work and present results internally
Qualification
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification, as well as in-depth knowledge in embedded software development with C/C++ (ideally with RTOS experience)
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits and hardware integration
- Experience in controlling actuators, sensors, or similar embedded systems
- Proficient in handling measurement and test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, debugger, laboratory power supplies)
- You can communicate technical content appropriately for the target audience
- Structured, independent way of working and high quality awareness
- Experience in collaboration with external electronics developers and in evaluating development performance
- German language skills from level C1 and English language skills from level B2
