Aufgaben

Your Mission
We are looking for you as System Engineer (m/w/d) Multidomain Directional Communications Development at the location Berlin (hybrid).

Your tasks will be:

• In collaboration with system engineers and specialists for operational scenarios, AESA-antenna, and wavefront development, you will develop and specify system and subsystem architectures as well as corresponding designs.
• You will create use cases to support system requirements.
• The requirement management includes capturing, analyzing, validating, and tracking of requirements.
• You will model the system architecture on different levels and for various build stages.
• To develop and successfully implement technical solutions, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams.
• You will support the integration and validation of systems and components.
• A comprehensive documentation of system requirements and specifications rounds out your task area.

Qualifikation

Your Profile
You should definitely bring the following knowledge and skills:

• You have a completed technical degree, for example, in the fields of telecommunications, electrical engineering, physics, or aerospace technology.
• You have already gained some experience in systems engineering complex technical systems.
• You possess knowledge in common methods and tools of systems engineering, such as MBSE, Enterprise Architect, Cameo, and Jama.
• You have a passion for adapting tools and a safe handling of Excel, which rounds out your profile.
• Knowledge of modern communication protocols and/or safety requirements for aircraft certifications (e.g., DO178) is advantageous.
• A very good spoken and written German is required for effective communication in the project environment as well as with our German-speaking customers.
