For our esteemed partner from the maritime industry, we are looking for a

System Engineer (m/w/d) for the location Bremen.

Your task: Master complexity and develop innovative solutions for safety-critical systems. You bring together interdisciplinary teams, define system architectures, and accompany tests under realistic operating conditions.

Your tasks:
Independent analysis and evaluation of complex customer requirements for technical systems
Development and documentation of technical concepts, system architectures, and system-of-systems solutions
Creation, maintenance, and tracking of system requirements, as well as translation into specific requirements for system elements
Structuring and decomposition of complex systems into subordinate system elements and definition of the respective interfaces
Modeling of system elements, including specification of technical standards and guidelines for system development
Implementation and integration of requirements for system security, information security, and user friendliness into system design, including performance of corresponding analyses
Development and coordination of concepts for verification and validation of system requirements 
Proactive development of methods, tools, and processes, as well as promotion of know-how in the team and organization

Your qualification:
Completed studies in the field of engineering, computer science, or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in systems engineering or the development of complex technical systems
Fundamental knowledge in requirements management, system architecture, and modeling of technical systems
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and independent working style
Communication and team skills, as well as experience in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
