From the first contact and analysis on site to the infrastructural planning of an on-premise or cloud infrastructure, implementation, and ensuring ongoing operation, you are in the driving seat and the primary point of contact for your customers. The ServiceDesk team supports you in this by continuously monitoring managed services and daily customer inquiries. With your open-mindedness and drive to move yourself, customers, and your team forward, you contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction. Your experience from daily work allows you to feed into our Wiki and weekly knowledge exchange. You support the common goal of achieving a high degree of automation and standardization in recurring processes and activities. When searching for new technologies and IT security approaches, you actively participate in decision-making with your experience and opinion. Profile A successful, completed education in IT or Telematics with or without further training (MCSE, Fachhochschule o.A.)
