What awaits you:

• Conception and further development of the IT system architecture for complex measuring and manufacturing machines in the DUV/EUV environment

• Design of technical architecture standards in the Microsoft environment using modern technologies such as Angular and Docker

• Evaluation of technical requirements and development of sustainable architectural decisions in line with the long-term IT strategy

• Interface function between specialist departments, Demand Management, project management, and software development in agile development projects

• Development and presentation of viable solution concepts for complex software and automation systems

• Consulting development teams on technical implementation as well as conducting architecture reviews and quality assurance measures

• Definition of uniform architecture processes and technical standards as well as active participation in the Architecture Chapter

Certain professional and personal prerequisites are helpful for this position. The following requirements give you an overview of which experiences and qualities are advantageous for this role.

What you should bring:

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in the development of complex software or automation systems

• In-depth knowledge of classic and agile development methods in the software and hardware environment

• Ideally, experience with UML, Sparx Enterprise Architect, and model-based software architecture

• Certification as an iSAQB Certified Professional for Software Architecture (CPSA) or equivalent is desirable

• Strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
